Incubator Kitchen Summary
The Incubator Kitchen at Stellaria is designed to support small scale food producers in offering a product to the marketplace without having to invest in the required commercial kitchen setting at start-up or as they are growing larger. The emphasis for this Incubator Kitchen is on food businesses that emphasize local, organic and nutritionally valuable foods. Equipment
The Kitchen offers a 6 burner natural gas range with double standard ovens and 24 inch grill, a pair of natural gas convection ovens, reach in cooler, vegetable wash sink, dish sink with sanitizer, and stainless work tables. Other equipment is provided by the user.
Costs
Kitchen rental is $20 per hour (which includes utilities and a rolling storage cart). Additional warehouse storage needs are available at $0.60 per square foot on a monthly basis. Reach-in Cooler space is also available at a monthly cost of $5.00 per shelf. Scheduling is done in advance for each month and pre paid. A refundable deposit of $500.00 is required for each tenant.

Fill out and submit the Incubator Kitchen Questionnaire, and we will contact you shortly thereafter with rental and scheduling details.
Schedule
Once your application has been approved, you can log in and submit reservations via our online scheduler. Please note: your registration will have to be manually approved before the system will allow you to submit reservations. Please allow one business day for approval; you will receive an e-mail notifying you when your account is active.
